Buffalo Bills defender Damar Hamlin passed out on the field while playing against the Bengals on Monday night, according to the NFL, who also announced that the game had been postponed. Hamlin was rushed to a hospital in Cincinnati where he is currently listed in “serious condition.”

Initial reports stated that the game will resume after a five-minute warm-up after the ambulance departed the field.

The NFL subsequently released a statement claiming that Roger Goodell, the league’s commissioner, had announced the game’s postponement and provided specifics of Damar Hamlin’s condition.
